I had a terrible experience with Tucker Chevrolet. I bought a car that I thought was in full working condition and the touch screen was not fully functional there was a dead spot in it. I let my salesman know this a day after I got the car and he told be to bring it up and they would look at it. I made an appointment and took it up and they said they would not go good for fixing it because it is not covered under their warranty. This was broken BEFORE I bought the vehicle and they would have had to fix it before selling it anyway. They also gave me a key fob that was not programmed to the car that I am going to have to take to the dealer to get programmed. Also they set up an appointment to come to my house and get the title for the car I traded in and they were not even going to call and tell me that there driver called out and would not be there to come and get it. I wasted my whole morning waiting for them. I am highly dissatisfied with Tucker Chevy and hope that people choose to go somewhere else to find a vehicle with better service.
We are traveling thru Maine and having problems with the key fob. We are renting from Dollar Rental out of Boston. We stopped at Tucker Chevrolet Dealer for assistance. This young man came out and took care of everything for us without any hesitation. Thank you Tucker Chevrolet for having such wonderful customer service. The Herd.
Our experience here was really good We picked out a vehicle online and called. I talked with Cody the salesman he had the one we wanted delivered by the time i got out of work. I would recommend people looking for a vehicle to give him a call he was really helpful in buying ours. the service there was fast as well Matt in service had our new tire drove up same day we called and we live 2 hours away I would buy another vehicle here
I absolutely love the employees at Tuckers. But the cleanliness of the building leaves a lot to be desired. That's why I gave only four stars. When I am ready to get another vehicle I will definitely be back.
